Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026

AC Circuit Corp, a Delaware corporation in the United States, operates AlexTran.com. This policy explains what information the site and its service providers process, when that processing happens, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We receive information you choose to send us, such as your email address and the contents of a message. After you give the relevant consent, analytics or marketing providers may also process technical information such as your device and browser details, IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Directory searches run in your browser. We do not transmit the raw words you enter in a directory search to Google Analytics or Meta.

Purchases, intake, and fulfillment

When you purchase or request fulfillment of the First Seat Decision, we process identity and contact information, company information, billing and transaction information, structured intake answers, recommendation materials and reviewer notes, and delivery, support, refund, and dispute records.

The structured intake asks for categories, ranges, operating descriptions, readiness, and authority boundaries needed to prepare the service. It does not ask you to upload source records.

Commerce service providers

Pinball provides the commercial funnel, structured intake, and CRM services. Stripe acts as the payment processor. Payment-card details are entered directly into their checkout systems rather than into AlexTran.com forms, and AC Circuit Corp does not receive the full card number.

Pinball and Stripe process information on our behalf to provide the purchased service, operate checkout, prevent fraud, maintain records, and handle support or disputes—not for advertising based on your intake answers.

How we use commerce information

We use commerce information to complete the sale, match an order to its intake, prepare and review the recommendation, deliver the Decision Brief, provide support, address fraud and security, resolve refunds and disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business and legal records.

Intake data minimization

Use categories, ranges, and short descriptions. Remove confidential or third-party personal information. Never submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, authentication codes, private keys, raw customer lists, contracts, financial statements, employee records, or regulated data through the intake.

Intake answers are used for fulfillment and are not sent to Google Analytics or Meta. Do not put intake answers into a directory search or another public site field.

Cookies and consent

The site stores a versioned record of your consent preferences locally in your browser. Google Analytics 4 does not load unless you opt in to Analytics, and Meta Pixel does not load unless you opt in to Marketing.

You can review or withdraw either optional consent at any time by choosing Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking from this site; it does not undo processing that already occurred with your consent.

Analytics and marketing services

After Analytics opt-in, Google Analytics 4 may receive page location, page title, and page path. Directory search events contain only result counts, whether results were returned, and a coarse query-length bucket. The raw query is never sent to Google Analytics or Meta. After Marketing opt-in, Meta Pixel may receive PageView events and privacy-safe Search events.

Google and Meta may process device, browser, IP, and cookie identifiers after consent. Their processing, retention, and any international transfers are governed by their own practices and policies. We do not control those vendors' systems. You can read the relevant public information in the Google Privacy Policy, Google Analytics privacy information, and the Meta Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We keep email addresses and messages only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we may delete or de-identify it.

We retain purchase, intake, recommendation, delivery, transaction, and dispute records only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, security, accounting, legal compliance, and enforcing agreements. Transaction and dispute records may not be deleted immediately when law, payment-network rules, chargeback handling, tax, accounting, or legal claims require retention. Google and Meta apply their own retention practices to information they process after consent.

Your choices and rights

AC Circuit Corp does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may characterize disclosures for advertising as “sharing” or a similar regulated activity, so Marketing remains opt-in.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Send an applicable request to hey@alextran.com. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request.

Children's privacy

AlexTran.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to this site, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy as the site or its data practices change. A revised policy will show a new effective date.
