Site purpose and no professional advice

The site provides research, commentary, and editorial analysis. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should verify current vendor, product, pricing, security, and other information before acting.

AIFA First Pass — aifa_first_pass_v1

The AI Finance Auditor First Pass, or AIFA First Pass, has a $495 USD one-time price. No meeting is required. It is a complete first pass based on your self-reported intake, not an examination of financial statements or independent verification. AC Circuit Corp will deliver it within two business days after your complete intake; that period includes the system-assisted analysis and Alex review before delivery.

The first pass reports Pass, Conditional, or Fail, explains the score and limitations, and gives the corresponding next step. Purchase selects and hires the AIFA first seat; delivery completes that first-seat service. It does not include later implementation, bookkeeping, software setup, or ongoing monitoring.

Historical First Seat Decision — first_seat_decision_v1

This historical scope remains applicable to customers who purchased the First Seat Decision under contract version first_seat_decision_v1. That service provides a digital Decision Brief and 30-day probation plan with ranked AI-role candidates, either a recommended First Seat or a clear do not automate yet decision, operating and authority boundaries, a success scorecard, assumptions, and a governed probation plan. The price, scope, delivery terms, and remedies shown at checkout for that completed purchase continue to apply.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information sufficient for the recommendation. Use categories, ranges, and short descriptions, remove confidential or third-party personal information, and do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, authentication codes, private keys, raw customer lists, contracts, financial statements, employee records, or regulated data.

The delivery clock starts only after the initial complete intake. It pauses at each recorded clarification request and resumes when the complete corrected intake is recorded. Incomplete input never starts the clock. You are responsible for responding before work can continue.

Results, advice, and implementation limits

We do not guarantee revenue, savings, compliance, readiness, or any specific business result. The AIFA First Pass does not replace a consultant or CPA. It also does not replace accounting, tax, legal, investment, valuation, employment, security, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not provide audited financial statements or an audit, review, or assurance engagement.

Recommendations and expected impact are testable hypotheses based on the intake and stated assumptions. You remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to act, and for maintaining appropriate human review and professional oversight.

Delivery and permitted use

The purchaser may use the delivered brief for internal business use and may share it with people advising or working for that business. AC Circuit Corp retains ownership of its underlying methods and templates. You may not resell, publish, or distribute the brief as a standalone product without written permission.

A customer delay in supplying required clarification pauses the delivery clock only for the recorded interval from the request through the complete correction. You must verify material assumptions, current vendor information, legal requirements, and source facts before acting on the brief.

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel for any reason before we send your AIFA First Pass by emailing hey@alextran.com. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, even if our review has already begun.

Once the AIFA First Pass has been sent, the service is complete and the purchase is nonrefundable except where required by law. If the delivered file cannot be opened or was not delivered as described, contact us within seven calendar days. We will first correct and redeliver it at no charge. If we cannot correct the issue within five business days, we will issue a full refund.

Delivery is due by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the second business day after all required intake information is complete. Time awaiting required clarification does not count toward the delivery period. If AC Circuit Corp misses this deadline, you may choose either a full refund or a revised delivery date. If we determine that we cannot deliver the service, we will issue a full refund automatically.

Duplicate or otherwise erroneous charges will be refunded in full once confirmed. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days; your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Acceptable use

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may read and use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy or republish substantial portions without permission; scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service; interfere with security or operation; impersonate another person or organization; or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property

AlexTran.com names, copy, design, and original analysis belong to AC Circuit Corp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party services

The site may link to or describe third-party websites, products, and services. Their own terms and privacy practices govern them, and we do not control or promise their content, security, or availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and its content are provided as available. We do not promise that information will always be complete, current, or error-free, or that operation will be uninterrupted or secure. AC Circuit Corp may change or discontinue any part of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AC Circuit Corp and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AC Circuit Corp and its representatives against claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the site. This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes, suspension, severability, and entire agreement

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, other users, our rights, or legal obligations. We may revise these terms prospectively by posting an updated version with a new effective date. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed to the necessary extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific service, are the entire agreement between you and AC Circuit Corp concerning use of this site and supersede prior discussions about that use.

Delaware law

Delaware law governs these terms without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
